How cancellations work
All cancellations must be sent to us in writing on WhatsApp or by email so there is a clear record of the date and time.
The applicable charge is based on what our suppliers charge us on the date we receive your notice. Hotels, airlines and transport operators each apply their own deadlines, so a single trip can carry several different cut-off dates.
Where a supplier allows a free cancellation window, you keep the full benefit of it.
Non-refundable elements
Government visa fees, embassy service charges and issued air tickets are generally non-refundable once submitted or ticketed, regardless of when you cancel.
Peak-season and festival-period hotel reservations are frequently non-refundable from the moment they are confirmed. Where this applies to your trip, we state it clearly in your quotation.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel a departure for reasons within our control, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund of what you paid us.
If a trip cannot run because of a road closure, natural event, security restriction or other circumstance beyond our control, we recover whatever the suppliers will release and refund that amount to you.
