How a refund is calculated
A refund is the amount you paid us, minus any charges our suppliers have already applied under the cancellation policy, minus any bank transfer charges deducted in transit.
We share the supplier's charge with you in writing so you can see exactly how the figure was reached.
Timeline
Refunds are released to the account the payment came from, once the corresponding supplier refund reaches us. Airline and embassy refunds are the slowest part of this chain and are outside our control.
Not refundable
Government visa fees and embassy charges once an application has been submitted.
Services already delivered — nights already stayed, transfers already provided, activities already completed.
No-shows and unused portions of a confirmed itinerary.
