Visa: what Pakistani passport holders need
Pakistani passport holders currently require a sticker visa obtained through the official Turkish visa application centre, or an e-visa if you hold a valid Schengen, UK, US, or Irish visa or residence permit.
Applications typically need passport copies, bank statements for the last six months, hotel and flight bookings, and proof of employment or business. We prepare the full file and confirmed bookings for every client we send to Turkey.
Best time to visit
April to June and September to November give mild weather in Istanbul and Cappadocia and the best hot-air-balloon flying conditions.
July and August are hot but ideal for the Antalya coast and the green Black Sea plateaus around Trabzon and Uzungol. December to February brings snow to Cappadocia — magical, though balloons are cancelled more often.
A proven 7-day route
Three nights in Istanbul for the Old City, Bosphorus cruise, and bazaars; then a short domestic flight to Cappadocia for two nights in a cave hotel with a sunrise balloon; and a final night back in Istanbul for shopping.
If you have ten days, add Antalya for the Mediterranean beaches or Trabzon for highland scenery.
